You Hold the Power

Never underestimate the power you hold....

And I don't mean position power, I mean the type of power you have to positively enhance the lives around you.

It's the ripple effect of:

šŸ¤ offering to help someone

šŸ˜ƒ smiling at a stranger

šŸ‘‚ listening generously to someone

šŸ« supporting a school or non-profit

šŸ†˜ reaching out to someone who was recently laid off

šŸ™‡ā€ā™€ļø saying I'm sorry

šŸ’° overtipping someone in service

šŸ¤— showing empathy

When you do something for someone, you have positively made an impact.

They may have been having a bad day but now they can go home feeling better. For that, their family benefits.

They may not feel as though anyone appreciates them, but now they know that others do, and they feel more fulfilled in their work.

You hold the power - I encourage you to share it!
